Payment Methods

Payment for your vehicle must be paid when you collect it. Thrifty outlets accept all major credit cards but only selected outlets will accept debit cards.

Car Rental Tax Invoice

You can now retrieve your Car Rental tax invoices online. Do allow up to 48 hours after you have returned your vehicle to generate the invoice.

Roadside Assistance

National roadside assistance is provided for all vehicles. So any costs from calling roadside assistance due to vehicle malfunctions will be covered.

Extra Charges

You may be charged up to a whole day’s worth of charges if you return a vehicle up to 3 hours late. Thrifty offers a 59-minute grace period.
